PADI Discover Mermaid Course

The PADI Discover Mermaid course is the perfect introduction to mermaiding and is designed for both children (minimum age 6 years old) and adults. In this one-hour course, students learn the basics and gain an understanding of the fundamentals of mermaiding, including activities in and out of the water. The maximum depth for this course is shallow enough to stand. No e-learning.

PADI Basic Mermaid Course

Ready to elevate your mermaid experience even further? Our PADI Advanced Mermaid course is designed for mermaid enthusiasts seeking a deeper dive into the realm of mermaiding.

The PADI Basic Mermaid course is a great way to double up on knowledge, skills and fun! This two-hour course includes a knowledge development session and a confined water session. To be eligible for the course, students must be able to swim at least 50m/160ft without swimming aids and float comfortably at the surface for at least 3 minutes. The maximum depth for this course is 3m/10ft.

Whether for personal enjoyment, fitness, or artistic expression, the Mermaid Course provides an opportunity to delve into a world of imagination

The PADI Mermaid course takes mermaid training to a higher level and is designed for those aged 10 and older. This 6-hour course includes a knowledge development session, a confined water session and the chance to explore open water as a mermaid. To be eligible for the course, students must be able to swim at least 50m/160ft without swim aids and float comfortably at the surface for at least 5 minutes. The maximum depth for this course is 5m/15ft.

The PADI Advanced Mermaid course is the ultimate mermaid experience! This 10-hour course is designed for those aged 12 and older and includes knowledge development, basic mermaid freediving techniques and a chance to explore open water as a mermaid. To be eligible for the course, students must be able to swim at least 100m/320ft without swim aids and float comfortably at the surface for at least 10 minutes. The maximum depth for this course is 10m/30ft.
