We had a fintastic turn out at the first ever Mermaiding Championship in South Africa. We had such a good time, participants, organizers and spectators alike 😀

There were lots of activities for the kids including a Real Mermaid Photobooth with Mermaid Axyli. They could also colour in a mermaid tail design and stand a chance to win a Moonsong Magic Mermaid Tail.

The contestants did so well and we are especially proud of the very little mermaids and mermen.

The winners are:

Tamsyn Watkins (Mermaid Bahari) won the adult category and title of Mermaiding Champion 2021.

Alessandro Aliquo (Merman Magna) won the kids category with Zelmone du Toit (Mermaid Crystal) as the runner up.
