In this one hour fitness class you will move your body in different ways, develop strength and improve your stamina. Incorporating total body movements both in and out of the pool tailored to suit your fitness level.
Exercises include swimming (different stroke techniques), water resistance training, running/walking and full body exercises including push-ups, sit-ups and burpees.
During your first fitness class you will be assessed and discuss your fitness goals. Coach Criag will put a program together according to your goals and fitness level.
Energize and invigorate with Craig at 7am – 8am on a Monday and Wednesday or join an evening class 7pm – 8pm.
2 classes per week @ R1 200 per month pro-rata. No registration fee. Classes can not be rescheduled. No cancellation period however we request you commit at least for 3 months to see results.
