Welcome to our weight-loss program!

Our Approach

Our program is designed to be fun and supportive for all participants. By joining our group, you’ll be surrounded by people who are committed to making positive lifestyle changes and reaching their weight-loss goals.

To help you achieve your weight-loss objectives, we’ll use a TANITA Body Composition Monitor to track a range of measurements, including weight, body fat percentage, healthy body fat indicator, total body water percentage, muscle mass, bone mineral mass, visceral fat indicator, basal metabolic rate, metabolic age, physique rating, and body mass index (BMI). These measurements will allow us to monitor your progress and make adjustments to your weight-loss plan as needed.

Our Workouts

During our weight-loss classes, we’ll engage in a variety of water-based exercises, including swimming laps, water aerobics, aqua therapy, and water resistance training. These exercises are suitable for all fitness levels, even if you can’t swim yet. In fact, the buoyancy of the water can be especially beneficial for those with injuries or other physical challenges. Our weight-loss program is accessible to everyone, regardless of their current fitness level or physical abilities.

Our Recommendations

To ensure that you make steady progress towards your weight-loss goals, we recommend tracking your meals using an app or other tool. Eating a healthy diet, including plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, can help support your weight-loss efforts. We’ll also take measurements on a monthly basis to track your progress and provide encouragement along the way.

Our Schedule

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00pm @ R1 450 per month. We recommend committing to at least three months of classes, as it takes time to establish healthy habits and make lasting lifestyle changes. This is not a quick fix – it’s about losing weight the healthy way and falling in love with your body again. We believe that with the right support and guidance, anyone can achieve their weight-loss goals. Join us and see for yourself!
